This recipe cooks quickly.,Thinly slice the beef across the grain.

See notes not top to cut thinly.,Marinate the beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, liquid Maggi, and black pepper.

Let it sit while you prepare the other ingredients.,Chop the bell peppers and onions.

Mince the garlic, ginger, and slice the chilies.,In a small bowl or jar, mix all the stir-fry sauce ingredients.(Soy sauce, oyster sauce, Chinese cooking wine or cherry, cornstarch and water).

Mix well and set aside.,Heat a wok or large pan until it’s very hot.

Add a drizzle of oil and sear the beef in batches.

Don’t overcrowd the pan so the beef doesn’t start to steam instead of fry.,Cook the beef until browned, then set aside.,Add a little more oil if needed, then lightly fry the minced garlic and ginger for about minute.,Add the onions, chilies, and bell peppers.

Stir-fry for a few minutes until slightly softened but still crisp.,Return the beef to the pan.

Pour in the stir fry sauce and stir everything together until the sauce thickens and coats the beef and veggies.,Serve hot with rice or noodles.
